Obituary of Charles Wesley Alderman

Charles Wesley Alderman, age 61, of Buckhannon, WV, passed away July 14, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born April 10, 1961, in Upshur County, WV, a son of the late James W and Ada Alderman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Alderman. Surviving is one sister, Dawn Alderman of Buckhannon. Charles graduated from BUHS with the Class of 1979. He worked for NRM Petroleum and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing, sitting on his porch with his cat, Pusser and taking care of his dog, Pup. Charles was a free spirit that liked to hangout at the Whistle Stop with a few of his friends. The family wants to thank his best friend, Fred Shipman, for all the help over the last few months. In honoring his wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
