Bill and family... my deepest condolences. Lou Ella and I met when taking WordPerfect classes at BU high school and entered the FBI at the same time. She was a friend, a mentor and all-around good lady. We had lots of fun in the midst of our work days. She was always smiling and happy, which spills over on the rest of the world around her. She will be missed by her co-workers.
