untitled2 Doris L. Brown Doris L. Brown, age 82, of Ellamore, WV died Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at her home while under the care of People’s Hospice. She was born July 26, 1929 in WV a daughter of the late Dorsey D. and Myrtle A. Bennett Booth. She was married to Junior C. Brown who preceded her in death on October 9, 2010. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy D. Brown and two brothers, Donald and Charles Booth. She is survived by one daughter, Robin Tenney and husband Basil of Buckhannon, WV; three sons, Charles D. Brown and wife Brenda J. of Christiansburg, VA, Ronald W. Brown and wife Karen of Buckhannon, and Donald L. Brown of Dillon, CO; three grandsons, Chad C. Tenney and wife Lynn and Jason M. Tenney and wife Holly all of Buckhannon, and Wayne Brown and wife Stephanie of Martinsburg, WV; two granddaughters, Jonni C. Newcomb and husband Jonathan of Christiansburg and Kendra Wilson and husband Dustin of Buckhannon and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Brown was a secretary for the Department of Highways and a Methodist by faith. She ran the Moore and Kepple Coal Company Store in Cassity, WV and was a loving mother and wife. Friends will be received Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 1-3 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to People’s Hospice of Clarksburg. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
