Amanda Rebecca “Becky” Marsh

Amanda Rebecca “Becky” Marsh, age 60, of Buckhannon, WV, died Friday, March 18, 2022, at the Stonerise Nursing Home in Morgantown, WV. She was born December 4, 1961, in Buckhannon, a daughter of Raymond Leon Zickefoose of Hackers Creek and the late Margaret Dean Zickefoose. On July 22, 1987, she married Donald Clifford Marsh who preceded her in death on February 9, 2021. In addition to her father, she is survived by two sons, Wes Marsh and wife Rachael of Volga, WV and Thad Richard Marsh of Buckhannon; one daughter-in-law, Sonya Fisher of Buckhannon; two step daughters, Sylvia Dawn Parks and husband Jimmie of Philippi, WV and Deborah Joanne Corley and husband Bernie of Belington, WV; one grandson, Jayden Marsh of Buckhannon; three granddaughters, Amber and Addisyn Marsh of Volga and Brooklyn Marie Marsh of Buckhannon; five brothers, David Zickefoose, Brian Zickefoose and wife Debbie and Kevin Zickefoose all of Hackers Creek, WV, Troy Zickefoose and wife Kathy of Century, WV and Gale Zickefoose and wife Melissa of Lost Creek, WV; three sisters, Lynn Warner and husband Joe of Turkey Run, WV, Sheila Lipps of Jane Lew, WV and Lori Marra and husband Mike of Hepzibah, WV and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Becky was a former EMT in Barbour County and attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Buckhannon. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles # 4357 and the Women of the Moose in Buckhannon. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Monday, March 21, 2022, at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Hodgesville, WV with Pastor Michael Tallman officiating. In lieu of flowers contribution can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
