I will always remember Mrs. Marteney for the loving way she accepted me and SO MANY others into her home. She never seemed to mind a crowd of us teenagers hanging around. (Although I do remember her eyebrows raised in concern when Donna taught me to throw her baton high into the air and catch it in the side yard. In retrospect, maybe we should have chosen a spot a little further from the tall, tall windows in the living room!) Paul, Steve, and Donna, you are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I am grateful to have known your mom! Much love and peace to you all.
