Tom and I taught together at Buckhannon Upshur High School. He was great to share a funny story and anything else he had that you might need. Tom helped me get my lily garden planted. It runs the length of our driveway and I always think of him when they bloom. Some of the lilies came from the garden at Wesleyan College which I remember well having been a student there. Tom also took the time to make a little rocking chair for our second son, Craig Thomas Mason. We still have that chair and the little brass plaque Tom fixed on the back saying he made it for Craig. I'm hoping we can pass it on to grandchildren. He and Betty visited us a few times hoping to find oak trees on our property that he could use to make chair seats or baskets. It was always a joy to run into Tom after we both quit teaching. He will be fondly remembered by all who were blessed to know him. Teresa Orrahood Mason

Mr. Bailey enjoyed attending the Ricottilli Family Reunion in recent years, and we were so happy to have him. Here is a picture of him with my brother, Paul Derico, at the 2016 reunion.

Tom always made anyone and everyone feel welcome to church. He was a very nice man with a wonderful smile. I was always amazed how he remembered things from way back, especially people or happenings at church.
Prayers of peace to the family.
