Leonard Keith Lantz, age 71, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, February 27, 2021, at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born January 23, 1950, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Carl Denver and Imogene Reid Lantz. On September 17, 1994, he married Elizabeth Canter Lantz who survives of Buckhannon. Also surviving is one son, Tim Canter of Buckhannon; one brother, Clyde Denver Lantz and wife Sharon of Buckhannon; one sister, Paulette Sue Stone of Buckhannon; one brother-in-law, Wayne Allen Howes of TN; one sister-in-law, Nancy Lantz of FL; special nephew, Clyde Lantz, II of Buckhannon and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Starlene Kay Howes; one brother, Danny Wayne Lantz and one brother-in-law, Lindon Gene Stone. Mr. Lantz was a carpenter and a Christian by faith. A memorial gathering will be held 11 AM until 12 Noon on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with a memorial service at 12 Noon with Pastor George Jenkins officiating.
