Obituary of Naomi Grace Given

Naomi Grace Given, age 86, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, February 6, 2021 at her home. She was born February 24, 1934, a daughter of the late Charlie and Alice Miller May. On April 25, 1949, she married James O. Given who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son, Billy Given and daughter, LaVinda Given. She is survived by two sons, Gary Given and wife Sue and Johnny Given and wife Edith all of Buckhannon; one daughter, Mary Given of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Colby Given and wife Gia, John Given and wife Jennifer and David Given and wife Kelley; three granddaughters, Abigail Marsh and husband Travis, Tonya Eve and husband Rick and Cheyenne DeGarmo and husband Joshua; 15 great-grandchildren, Matthew and Brandee Eve, Savannah, Caroline and Milania Given, Rylee and Georga Marsh, Lindsay Given and fiancé Gabriel Smith, Jasmin, Curtis, Harley, Hunter and Taylor Given and Eli and Alyza DeGarmo and two great-great grandchildren, Wyatt and Ansley Eve. Mrs. Given was a Baptist by faith and a rural mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. She enjoyed farming and spending time with her family. Friends will be received Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM at the funeral home with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery Memorial Park in London, WV. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
