Margaret “Marie” Hulett, age 70, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, January 21, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born June 20, 1950, in Painsville, OH, a daughter of the late Algie L. and Clara June Merriman Christian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa Stackpole and twelve brothers and sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Robin Stackpole of Buckhannon; three sons, Sam Christian and wife Patricia and Jim Hodges and wife Tina all of Buckhannon and Scott Christian and wife Jody of Columbia, TN; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, George Christian of Spencer, TN and John Christian and wife Jan of Ashland, OH and her best friends, Mamie and Faye both of Adrian, WV. Mrs. Hulett was a caretaker and a Christian by faith. Friends will be received Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 11 AM until 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Wease L. Day and Pastor Frank Spears officiating. Burial will follow in the Talbott Cemetery in Talbott, WV.
