Phyllis, Patty, Danny, and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family as you all face life without Kim. We saw her at rehab in Morgantown a little less than a year ago and enjoyed a nice chat. She continued to have a smile on her face. Any future Lewis reunions won't seem the same without her there to help provide laughs and good times. Know that she is resting peacefully in the arms of God. With love to you all, Phil and Lynne

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Kim at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was not only an excellent, conscientious nurse, but a kind, thoughtful and sweet person. I will miss my friend a lot. Many prayers.

My dear family. It’s been so hard to wrap my head around that Kimmy is gone. Although I have a million memories of us spending weekends at Mammaw and Pappaws house on57,one of my favorites is how we would sneak cigarettes out of Mammaws pack (at least hers were filtered unlike Paps Camels but what did we know?!) and go out behind that building at the edge of their property and smoke them! I don’t know how many times we did it but I always got coughing fits! They had to smell cigarette on us! Those were the days! And the only time I ever smoked! I tried to get hold of Kim when she was at rehab early on but they had her out to therapy. Now I’ll always regret not trying to get her again! She was so proud of getting that nursing degree! And I was proud of her! Oh how she loved her family! I know we lost contact but we were like best friends in the early years! It seems so unfair to lose our loved ones too soon but now she’s not in pain or having to fight so hard to be healthy. I love all of you so much! And I’m going to put more effort into getting in touch with everyone whenever I come to WV!I don’t want to lose my family! Please keep me updated on a future service! Love and hugs to Patti, Dan and all!!
