I’m so sorry for your loss. Momma Dot was amazing. She was like a mom to me when we were growing up. We were all family. I love her and poppa Letch. She was a great mom, home maker, teacher, and especially a wonderful cook. Visit was always amazing. She was a wonderful story book you learned so much from her. A beautiful woman and beautiful soul. I know her and poppa Letch are together holding hands smiling down on everyone. Love you guys

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is breaking for you guys. I have so many good memories of Dot and Letch. As a kid, I don't know how many nights we all spent playing together while they played cards with Mom and Dad. I can still hear their laughing and good natured arguing when I sit and remember. Years later, I was lucky enough to have Dot help take amazing care of my children and I'm sure a lot of their earliest memories have her in them. They still tell stories about "Miss Dot"...and sometimes about a timeout chair. :)
She had such a big personality and such a caring heart. She was always running off to help someone, always taking care of folks that needed her. Dot touched a lot of lives and will be missed and remembered fondly by many people. She was family and will always occupy a big space in my heart.

So sorry for your loss. She was loved by many around the community . I loved talking to her on the phone since I wasn't able to climb steps to go and see her. She always loved the veggies out of the garden we would drop off to her. I know she loved the Lord. Many love and prayers for the family.
Our family serving yours.
