I knew that George was not well for sometime but very sorry to hear of his passing, I was part of the group of golfers who really enjoyed each others company and competitive golf. A memory from the past I think of at times was a party we were having at my home and George was standing by the oven minding his own business listening to a story being told by someone. I had a fake snake that looked like a real rattle snake which I brought into the kitchen and proceeded to throw at George It is 12 feet to the back door which he leaped in one jump and out the door. I had no idea he feared snakes . He forgave me but not without assurances the snake was put away. Practical jokes are in the past rest in peace George.
