Felicia Faye Dean, age 53, of Buckhannon, WV, died Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at her home. She was born April 1, 1967, in Buckhannon, a daughter of Lounett Faye Johnston Shipman of Buckhannon and the late Robert Shipman. In addition to her mother she is survived by her brother, Robert Shipman, Jr., of Buckhannon and her cats, Bella and Blu. Felicia was the manager for H & R Block and a member of the South Buckhannon Mission Church. Trump 2020. A private service will be held for the family.
