Obituary of James Daniel Fultineer, Sr.

James Daniel “Mickey” Fultineer, Sr., age 73, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, August 17, 2020, at his home. He was born July 15, 1947, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Danny and Mildred Reeder Fultineer. On December 24, 1969, he married Joyce Robinson who preceded him in death on January 4, 2010. Surviving are one son, James “Jimmy” Fultineer, Jr. and girlfriend Megan Radcliff of Buckhannon; one daughter, Melissa Sapp and husband Darrell of Winston Salem, NC; one granddaughter, Sarah Faucette and husband Jesse of Winston Salem; one grandson, Joshua Sapp of Winston Salem; two great-grandsons, Easton and Coalton Faucette both of Winston Salem; special friend, Delmas Ware of Buckhannon; one half-brother, Joseph Petrice of Coalton, WV and his beloved dogs, Coco and Max. Mr. Fultineer was a Mechanic at Bill Kelley’s and a member of the Buckhannon Moose Lodge. He loved fishing and dancing. Friends will be received Friday, August 21, 2020 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Memorial Park in Buckhannon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
