Charlotte and family, I just learned of Bartys passing and “I’m sorry” seems inadequate to express my feelings. I grew up in the small community of Orlando, WV and Barty was our neighbor. From a little boy, I’ve always admired and respected him for his friendship and guidance. Later in my life I was fortunate enough to have worked with him at Moore Business Forms, Inc. we played on the MBF softball team together, we were both pitchers. His memories will always be some of my most fondest. May God bless and comfort each of you through this most difficult time. Major John Bragg, WV State Police (Retired)
