Patty Ann Roessing

Patty Ann Roessing, age 91, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, July 9, 2020, at Holbrook’s Health Care Center in Buckhannon. She was born June 2, 1929, in Alexander, WV, a daughter of the late Percy and Rebecca Hosaflook Pringle. On January 28, 1950, she married George Roessing, Jr. who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Tracey Ann Bevins and husband Dennis of Bruceton Mills, WV; one son, George Roessing, III and wife Mary Alice of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Jessica Bevins of Huntington, WV; three grandsons, Christopher Bevins and wife Danielle of Bruceton Mills,  Michael Roessing and wife Krystal of Buckhannon and Mitchell Roessing of Charlottesville, VA; three great-granddaughters, Sophia Johnson and Elizabeth Bevins both of Bruceton Mills and Annica McManus of Huntington and two great-grandsons, William Bevins of Bruceton Mills and Blake Roessing of Fairmont, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Percy Pringle, Jr. and one sister, Imogene Miller. Mrs. Roessing was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. She loved to garden, sew, and mow the yard. A graveside service will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Buckhannon Memorial Park with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating. ***Please social distance yourself 6 ft. apart. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
