Obituary of Paula Ann Tenney

Paula Ann Tenney, age 54, of Rock Cave, WV, died Friday, May 29, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born July 31, 1965, in Buckhannon, WV, a daughter of Guy Humphrey of Crawford, WV and Norma Sines of Rock Cave. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her companion, James “Pete” Robinson of Rock Cave; four sons, Michael Andrews of Pickaway, WV, Nicholas and Randy Burr both of Rock Cave and AJ Tenney of Craigsville, WV; one daughter, April Tenney of Rock Cave; one half-brother, Troy Humphrey of Crawford; two sisters, Debra Bennington of Hunters Ridge, WV and Tonya Bright of Weston, WV; eight grandchildren, Alexandria and Bentley Wheeler, Darius Andrews, Adrian Tenney, Jacob, Caleb and Brycen Robinson and Dustin Crowell and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kyle and Opal Sines; paternal grandparents, James and Evie Humphrey and two sisters, Charlotte Hall and Evie McLean. Mrs. Tenney was a homemaker. She loved gardening, canning, helping others and most of all spending time with her family and friends. Friends will be received Thursday, June 4, 2020 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM on Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Rice Cemetery at Canaan, WV.  In lieu of flowers, donation’s can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
