Tommy and I go way back to when I first met Tom in 1962 at a crowded Friday night high school dance at the YMCA in Atlantic City, N.J. Our friendship grew when I had the privilege to be there when Tommy officially reported for service, as a New Jersey State Trooper, at his first Station (Tuckerton Station). I also had the honor, along with other good friends, to be there when Tommy completed his last official day, "call for service", in the N.J.S.P. I have many good memories of Tommy, family and friends during those years.
Tommy, I know you will not be forgotten because you are memorialized in my heart and in the hearts of all your loved ones and your many friends.
God bless you eternally and God bless and comfort those who love you so much.
Sincerely - brother,
Bill Devlin

I attended the New Jersey State Police Academy with Tommy. He was a great guy and good friend. Tom was one tough man. He was in great shape and a really good boxer. It's been years since I've seen Tommy. God rest his soul. Rest easy Tommy.

A great Trooper that I worked with at my first barracks, the old Mays Landing Station. He had a great sense of humor and will be missed. Rest in Peace.

It was an honor to have known Tommy for the last 9 years. He was such a wonderful, fun, kind, thoughtful and loving man. He always had a smile on his face and loved to joke around. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends during this time.
