Phillip Earl Smallwood, age 66, of Bridgeport, WV, died Sunday, May 10, 2020 at his home. He was born June 29, 1954, in Sutton, WV, a son of the late Orval and Pansie Nethken Smallwood. He is survived by two sons, Phillip Smallwood of Clarksburg, and Matthew Smallwood of Morgantown, WV; one daughter, Lita Smallwood of Bridgeport, WV and former wife, Elizabeth Smallwood of Mill Creek, WV.
