Obituary of Jamie Lynn Gray

Jamie Lynn Gray, age 41, of Hacker Valley, WV, died Sunday, February 9, 2020, while kayaking on the Middle Fork River. She was born November 8, 1978, in Westmoreland County, PA, a daughter of Larry McKee of Washington, PA and Betty Miller McKee of Elderton, PA who survive. On August 26, 2006, she married Walter Gray of Hacker Valley who survives. In addition to her parents and husband she is survived by her two daughters, Addison and Sadie Gray of Hacker Valley and her sister, Mary McKee of Kittanning, PA. Mrs. Gray was a Systems Analyst and a Lutheran by faith. She was very active in the Hacker Valley community, volunteering many hours with the local Girl Scout troops. She was an avid kayaker, loved the outdoors and was passionate about her family and their farm. In honoring her wishes, Jamie was cremated. A memorial service will be held from 10 AM to 12 Noon on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the St. Michaels Church in Kittanning, PA.
