Obituary of Hazel Jean Rexroad

Hazel Jean Rexroad Hazel Jean Rexroad Hazel Jean Rexroad, age 85, of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born June 14, 1929 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late David Arthur and Opal Oreta Brown Brake. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Richard L. Koon; her 2nd husband, Bert Moore; 3rd husband, Arden Rexroad; one sister, Belva Call and one brother, Sterley Brake. Surviving are three sons, Denver Leslie Koon and Michael Wayne Koon both of Buckhannon and Gary Lynn Koon and wife Barbara of Elkins, WV; one daughter, Donna Davis and husband Thomas of Buckhannon; several grandchildren; one sister, Millie Goss of Morgantown and two brothers Bob Brake of PA and Gene Brake and wife Paula of Fairmont, WV. Mrs. Rexroad was a Press Operator for Ward’s Cleaners and a member of the Cornerstone Community Church in Buckhannon. Friends will be received Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor John Darnall officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
