Frances Mary Tenney

Frances Mary Tenney, age 67, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at her home. She was born March 24, 1952, in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of Goldie Neal Dean of Jane Lew, WV and the late Frank Neal. On October 28, 1979 she married Gary Tenney who survives. Mrs. Tenney is also survived by one son John Tenney of Buckhannon; one daughter, Tracey Hull of Buckhannon; three granddaughters, Erica Thompson and husband Chestin of GA and Kassidy and Holly Hull both of Buckhannon and one great grandson. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her infant sons, Gary and Gregory Tenney and one granddaughter, Samantha Tenney. Mrs. Tenney was the Head Cook for the Upshur County Board of Education for many years. Friends will be received Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 11 AM to 12 Noon at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon at the funeral home with the Rev. Ralph Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Church Cemetery in Buckhannon.
