William “Bill” Ours William “Bill” Ours, age 72, of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, January 27, 2007 at his home under the care of Peoples Hospice of Clarksburg, WV. He was born November 29, 1934 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Willie and Ethel Wilfong Ours. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Greene. He is survived by his wife, Mary Eleanor Strader. One son, William George Ours of Santa Clarita, CA;one daughter, Kathryn Lynn Ours of Myrtle Beach, SC; and three sisters, Grace Allman of Lantana, FL, Betty Rollins and husband Clifford of Palm City, FL and Ruthalee Napoli and husband Phillip of West Chester, OH. Mr. Ours was the Owner and Operator of Straders, Inc. in Buckhannon and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. A Memorial Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2007 from 6-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Peoples Hospice or St. Joseph’s Hospice. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
