I am so grateful to have known Brad, albeit for less than a year, he taught me so much. (And, he was so strong and had an amazing outlook on life. He took the time while he was sick in the hospital to talk to me for a couple hours each time I went to visit.)
He made such a difference in so many lives, the legacy he leaves is incredible.
My deepest sympathies and condolences.

Brad had such a strong-powerful will toward life. He was always so blunt with his words of advice, and straight to the point (stubborn), he did not cut corners! He had leadership and empowerment! If you didn't like his opinionated conversations, then Mr. Brad wasn't for you. What a headstrong person he was.. I will miss him much! He taught, and gave me so much. I will NEVER forget what he did for me. Rest in peace my dear friend Brad.

Brad was one of the first people I ever met in the rooms at the very beginning of my path in recovery. My first impressions of him were totally wrong and I quickly came to respect and greatly appreciate any of the insight and opinions he would share.
He was an amazing man that once you met him you could easily see that his heart and soul were dedicated to the gospel and to helping others at all times.
Many condolences to his family, his memory will live on and always honored with the many people he helped save from the grip of alcoholism and addiction.

We are so sorry to hear of Brad's passing but we know that he is now in the arms of his savior Jesus Christ and has no more pain and suffering! We will always remember our first meeting at CELEBRATE RECOVERY when Brad shared his testimony of his many years of alcoholism and his journey to recovery (37 years) and his devotion he read which was speaking directly to us at the time! That evening began an incredible journey forward in not only my husband's (Mike) recovery from alcoholism but to mine (anxiety and depression) also in a family whom we came to love in the support group of CR! Brad was a wonderful man of God and a great friend! He will be missed! Mike and I and our family will be praying for Mary Beth and Aaron and all the family in the coming weeks and months ahead!
It's funny how we actually knew Brad for a year but at the time, had no idea that Mary Beth would later be introduced to me via our job and has now become my closest and dearest friend
Love,
The Vanscoy family
