Obituary of Rodney Rushing-Roby

Rodney Rushing-Roby Rodney O’Neal Rushing-Roby Rodney O’Neal Rushing-Roby, age 42 of Buckhannon, WV died Monday June 23, 2014 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born September 19, 1971 in Upshur Co., WV, a son of the late Robert E. Roby and Sylvia Lorain Sandy. Surviving are his wife, Debbie Arbogast Rushing of Buckhannon; two daughters, Joyce Arbogast and Linda Merriman both of Buckhannon; two sons, Steven Arbogast and Bucky Murphy both of Buckhannon; ten grandchildren; two brothers, Floyd Roby of Buckhannon and Philip Rushing of TX; two sisters Katrina Sandy of Buckhannon and Phyllis Holly of Clarksburg, WV; one brother-in-law, Carl Morrison of Clarksburg; one niece, Karla Morrison of Clarksburg; one nephew, Billy Cole of Buckhannon and his dogs, Baby Girl, Snoop and Blue. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Becky Ann Roby. Rodney was a tree trimmer and a Baptist by faith. Friends will be received Friday, June 27, 2014 from 12 Noon to 2 PM, the funeral hour, at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with the Rev. Wease Day officiating.
