Obituary of Robert Roscoe Phillips, Jr.

Robert Roscoe Phillips, Jr., age 55, of French Creek, WV, died Friday, March 8, 2019, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born February 23, 1964, in Hampton, VA, a son of the late Robert Roscoe and Nancy Lee Guthrie Phillips. He is survived by three daughters, Heather, Rachel and Nancy Brooke Phillips all of French Creek; one brother, Lee Phillips and fiancé Holly of Buckhannon; one niece, Kailey Phillips of French Creek and one uncle, Boe Guthrie of French Creek. Mr. Phillips was a mechanic. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for hunting and riding his Harley.  A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home.
