Richard Andrew Rohr, age 79, of Buckhannon, WV, died Monday, January 14, 2019, at his home. He was born March 22, 1939, in Upshur County, WV, a son of the late Guy and Maggie Osburn Rohr. On September 24, 1960, he married Betty Ray Harper who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Richard Andrew Rohr, Jr., and wife Lea Ann and Jason Allen Rohr all of Buckhannon; one grandson, Richard Andrew Rohr, III of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Victoria Kathryne Rohr of Berea, KY; three brothers, James L., Martin L. and wife Jean and Norman G. Rohr and wife Joyce all of Buckhannon and one sister, Janice Dunning and husband Thomas of NC. Mr. Rohr was an Engineer and a Christian by Faith. Friends will be received Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Ralph Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Church Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
