Mary Ellen Crumrine, age 82, of Bridgeport, OH, died Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. She was born August 6, 1936 in Adrian, WV, a daughter of the late Basil Marshall and Marjorie Wamsley Gould. On November 6, 1955 she married Robert Crumrine who survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Lisa Dawn Crumrine of Philadelphia, PA; one brother, Terry N. Gould of Buckhannon; sister-in-law, Janie Gould of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger M. and Franklin Gould and one sister, Betty L. Caynor. Mrs. Crumrine was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. She was a member of the Washington PA Chapter of the Eastern Star. She loved to travel and play golf. Also, she was very fond of her Upshur County Heritage. Friends will be received Friday, August 10, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home with the Pastor David Riddle officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
