Obituary of Bobby Ray Goodwin

Bobby Ray Goodwin, age 84, of Amherst, OH, died Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in Lorain, OH. He was born November 12, 1933 in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Ira Goodwin and Otsie Aegan Goodwin Post. He was married to Ruby Beckner who preceded him in death.  In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Byrd; two sisters, Geraldine Hollingsworth and JoAnn Miller and one brother, Junior Goodwin. He is survived by one son, Johnie Goodwin and wife Greta of Amherst and one sister, Sandra Smith of Buckhannon. He was a member of Amherst Outdoor Life Club and was a Welder. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
