Linnie G. “Judy” Jamison

Linnie G. “Judy” Jamison, age 69, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, July 19, 2018, at her home. She was born, October 12, 1948, in Richlands, VA, a daughter of the late Charlie P. and Bethel E. Shelton McGlothlin. On September 10, 1966, she married James Edward “Shag” Jamison who preceded her in death on December 12, 1995. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one grandson, Nathaniel Winneberger and one brother, Willard P. McGlothlin. She is survived by two daughters, Nina Gaines of Buckhannon and Tonya Cranmer and husband Christopher of Buckhannon; one son, Mark Jamison and wife Samantha of Buckhannon; five granddaughters, Desiree Jamison, Prissy Nazlerod, Tonya and Alya Jamison all of Buckhannon and Kayla Goff and husband CJ of Weston, WV; four grandsons, Ryan Gaines and fiancée Kelly Weaver of Morgantown, WV, Todd Gaines and fiancée April Syrews of Weston, James Jamison, II and fiancée Brooke Stewart of Buckhannon and Richard Winneberger and fiancée Charity of Buckhannon; nine great-grandsons, Blake and Ronan Gaines both of Clarksburg, WV, Dominic Gaines, Hunter and Aiden Goff all of Weston, Nicholas, Gavin, Luke Nazlerod and Kadeen Winneberger all of Buckhannon; two great-granddaughters, Presley Goff of Weston and Addison Rose Landis on the way; three brothers, Harold McGlothlin and wife Lois of Churubusco, IN, Danny McGlothlin and wife Jo of Fort Wayne, IN and Darrell McGlothlin and wife Robin of Richlands, VA; three sisters, Joan Vencill of Richmond, VA, Sue Surber and husband George of Moneta, VA and Alice Howell and husband Charlie of Buckhannon; two former sons-in-law, Donald R. Gaines, Jr. and Robert D. Winneberger both of Buckhannon and family member, Chelsea Rohrbough of Clarksburg, WV. Mrs. Jamison was a homemaker and a member of The Way of Holiness Church. Friends will be received Monday, July 23, 2018, from 5 to 8 PM at The Way of Holiness Church. The funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the church with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating.
