Obituary of Betty Lee Caynor

Betty Lee Caynor, age 86, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, October 22, 2017 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. She was born February 18, 1931 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Oscar and Myrtle Paugh Sipe. On August 7, 1948 she married Denver Ross Caynor who preceded her in death on December 5, 2013. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Travis and Nathaniel Caynor. She is survived by one son, Dennie Caynor and wife Margie of Buckhannon; two grandsons, Theron Caynor and Patty and Nicholas Caynor and wife Michelle all of Buckhannon; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Owen, Savannah, Annabelle and Sarah; one brother-in-law, Dave Caynor and wife Bonnie of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Caynor was a homemaker and a member of the Sand Run Baptist Church. Friends will be received Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Donald Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Run Baptist Cemetery at Excelsior, WV.
