Junior Post, age 88, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, OH. He was born July 20, 1929 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Dwaine and Brenice Rhineheart Post. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Hugh Post and two sisters, Velma Violetta Post and Kathleen Alkire. He is survived by one brother, James Earl Post and wife Karen of Buckhannon; two nieces, Linda Boyles and husband Jimmie of Buckhannon and Peggy Lynn and husband Joshua of VA; one nephew, Jimmy Post and wife Carolyn of Elkins, WV; four great nieces, Stephanie Menear and husband Greg of Philippi, WV, Aaron Post of Elkins, Myra Post and Christian Lynn both of VA and two great nephews, Patrick Boyles of Hurricane, WV and Josh Post of CA. Mr. Post was a Salesman for Blair. Friends will be received Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 1 to 2 PM, the funeral hour, at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Church Cemetery in Hodgesville, WV. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
