Obituary of Beverly Stalnaker

Beverly Stalnaker, age 49, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at her home. She was born January 17, 1967 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Helen Lantz Stalnaker and John B. Stalnaker and wife Betty of Buckhannon. Also surviving are two brothers, Rex A. Stalnaker and wife Kathy of Rock Cave, WV and Timothy P. Stalnaker and wife Cindy of Lake Alfred, FL; one sister, Shelia Louk and husband Tony of Buckhannon; five nieces, Sarah Peterson and husband Nate of Los Angeles, CA, Hannah Carmon and husband Jerome of Fort Stewart, GA, Christa Jones and husband Travis of Auburn, GA, Savannah Stalnaker of Lake Alfred, FL and Lauren Louk of Buckhannon; three nephews, Daniel Stalnaker and wife Mindy of Lake Alfred, Samuel Stalnaker of Nashville, TN and Alex Louk of Buckhannon; several great nieces and nephews; aunts, Freda, Pamela, Vicki and Debbie and uncles, Russell and Sam. From the age of two, Beverly battled with Retts Syndrome. Her beloved, mother, Helen, devoted her life to providing unconditional love and never-ending, selfless care for her precious daughter. Beverly thoroughly enjoyed going to Camp Tommy every summer. We rest on the promise of the Lord that we will see her again one day. Friends will be received Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery in Horner, WV.
