Obituary of William R. Beale

William R. Beale, age 77, of Buckhannon, WV and formerly of Richmond, VA passed away Sunday, July 10, 2016 at his home. He was born in 1939 in Southampton County, VA to Samuel Beale, Jr., and Clarice Brittle Beale. He is survived by his brother, Sam Beale, III; one sister, Sara Snyder and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Beale was a Veteran who served three tours in Vietnam and was a Bronze Star Recipient. The family would like to say a special thank-you to Mark and Crystal Carr and family and WV Hospice for their care. To honor his wishes, he will be cremated and laid to rest in Beechwood Cemetery in Boykins, VA. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Boykins. A service in Buckhannon, WV will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 6 PM at the Living Word Church of God on Thurman Ave., with Pastor Frank Spears officiating.
