untitled1 Gary Thomas Riffle Gary Thomas Riffle, age 56, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, September 13, 2010 at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, WV. He was born July 30, 1954 in Weston, WV, a son of the late Ezkiel and Laura Curtis Riffle. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Russell Riffle. He is survived by his girl friend, Darlene Bender of Buckhannon; one son, Gregory Riffle of Buckhannon; one grandson, Gregory Scott “Porky” Riffle, Jr. of Buckhannon; ex-wife, Wilma Riffle of Buckhannon; four brothers, Delmas Riffle and wife Pat of Wisconsin, Joseph Riffle and wife Linda of Roanoke, WV, Arnett Riffle and wife Evelyn of Crawford, WV and John Riffle of Weston, WV and three sisters, Evelyn Sealie, Velma Davisson and husband Harvey all of Weston and Debbie Jones and husband Chris of McClure, OH. Mr. Riffle was a mechanic and heavy equipment operator for WV Dept. of Highways. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge # 598 and served in the US Army. Friends will be received Friday, September 17, 2010 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wease Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
