Obituary of Evanglean Myers

Evanglean Myers, age 86, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. She was born July 28, 1930 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Holly and Letha Lanham Ashby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Myers and one daughter, Opal Marlene Kasten. She is survived by one son, Johnny Myers and wife Barbara of Tallmansville, WV; two grandsons, Shawn Kasten and wife Missy of Charleston and Christopher Michael Canter and wife Jelena of CA; one granddaughter, Michelle Canter of Buckhannon; great-granddaughter, Annalise Kasten of Charleston; great-grandson, Max Edward Canter of CA; twin great-granddaughters, Elizabeth and Victoria Canter of CA and one son in law, Kenny Kasten of Charleston. Mrs. Myers was a cook. A graveside service will be held 2 PM Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Buckhannon Memorial Park in Buckhannon.
