Obituary of Martha L. Rice

untitled1 Martha L. Rice Martha L. Rice, age 69, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. She was born October 4, 1940 in Elmira, NY, a daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Bowes) White. On January 17, 1959 she married Frederick Gene Rice, Sr. who preceded her in death on November 17, 1999. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Ann (Rice) Butts of Buckhannon and Trina Rossi of Clarksburg, WV; three sons, Frederick Rice, Jr. of Buckhannon, Donald Rice and wife Sherri of Newport, Al and Clifford Allen Rice of Buckhannon; one brother, Robert White of Vaneton, NY; one sister, Corrine Molone of Elmira and ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rice was a homemaker and a member of the Way Of Holiness Church. Friends will be received Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 12 Noon until 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating.
