Obituary of Henry Lloyd Armentrout

Henry Lloyd Armentrout, age 67 of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, October 21, 2016 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born October 18, 1949 in Gassaway, WV, a son of the late Forrest R. and Bessie Eubank Armentrout. On February 6, 1976, he married Sandra Snyder who survives. Also surviving are one son, Jeffrey Armentrout of Buckhannon; one daughter, Khristi McCutcheon and husband Mark of Elkins, WV; two granddaughters, Kaylea and Eliana McCutcheon both of Elkins; two brothers, John Armentrout and wife Margaret of Berkeley Springs, WV and Richard Armentrout and wife Kathy of Beckley, WV; four sisters, Marguerite Lons of Lodi, OH, Phyllis Holloway and husband Homer of Buckhannon, Edith Williams of Point Pleasant, WV and Sharon Weaver of Jane Lew, WV; one sister-in-law, Mary Armentrout of Buckhannon and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Hunter, Billy and Robert Armentrout. Mr. Armentrout served in the U.S. Airforce during the Vietnam War. He was also a Land Agent for the WV Dept. of Environmental Protection. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 24, 2016 at 2 PM in the Hampton Cemetery in Hampton, WV. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made to the church of your choice in honor of Mr. Armentrout. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
