Wilda Mae Gregory, age 68, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at her home. She was born August 1, 1948 in Upshur County, WV, a daughter of the late Loy E. and Velma Lantz Shipman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Wanda Lucille Chapman. She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Miller of Buckhannon, Alice L. Cutright of Volga, WV and Susan Gibson and husband Ray of FL; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one on the way; one brother, John Shipman of Buckhannon and one sister, Mary of Summersville, WV. Wilda was a personal caretaker and a member of the Independent Word of Life Church of Buckhannon. She was a loving mother not only to her own children but to everyone. Friends will be received Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 11 AM until 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
