Norma Janice DeBarr Norma Janice DeBarr, age 79, of Wheeling, WV died Friday, February 17, 2017, at the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling. She was born January 18, 1938, in Buckhannon, WV a daughter of the late Florist and Margie Woofter. On January 30, 1954 she married Willie Nelson DeBarr who preceded her in death on June 27, 2014. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly DeBarr. Surviving are two sons, Nelson and Wilbert DeBarr both of Wheeling; two daughters, Janice Queen of Wheeling and Carrie Headley of OH; one son-in-law, Raymond Doyle of Martins Ferry, OH; four grandsons, James DeBarr of Youngstown, OH, Kalib Thomas and Brenden Bachie both of Wheeling and Nolan Doyle of Martin Ferry; three granddaughters, Carymne DeBarr of Youngstown, Patience Doyle of Martins Ferry and Kyla Bachie of Wheeling, four great grandsons, Julius Debarr and Jodan, Lucas and Austin Fedor all of Youngstown; one great granddaughter, Jocelyn DeBarr of Youngstown; two sisters, Pansy Johnson and husband Robert of IN and Reta Jackson of Buckhannon. Mrs. DeBarr was a care giver. Friends will be received Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 10 to 11 AM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home with Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
