Barbara Ann Claypool, age 85, of Crawford, WV died Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Genesis of Glenville in Glenville, WV. She was born October 19, 1931 in Somerset, PA, a daughter of the late Calvin and Bertha Barkley Diehl. On April 5, 1944, she married Loyal Wilson Claypool, who preceded her in death on April 15, 2008. Surviving are one son, John Claypool of Crawford; one daughter, Christine Rowland of Clarksburg, WV; and one step-son, Richard Wilson of Rock Cave, WV. Barbara was a secretary. Per her request she will be cremated. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
