Obituary of Reda Mae Hinchman

Reda Mae Hinchman, age 83, of Buckhannon, WV died Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV. She was born November 9, 1933 in Upshur County, WV, a daughter of the late Harley and Millie Carpenter Tenney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, Gene and Harley Tenney, Jr.; one sister, Lucille Tenney and one infant sister, Loraine Tenney. She is survived by one son, Tom Hinchman and wife Debra of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Tommy Hinchman, Jr and wife Lisa, Michael Hinchman and wife Francis and Joshua Hinchman and girlfriend Janna Rice all of Buckhannon; three great grandsons, Leeland, Bryson and Noah Hinchman all of Buckhannon; two great granddaughters, Trayka and Torie Hinchman both of Buckhannon; several nieces and nephews; two sisters, Virginia Russell and husband Larry of Upshur County and Phyllis Humphrey of Century, WV and two brothers, Bernard Tenney of Barbour County, WV and William Tenney of Buckhannon. Mrs. Hinchman was a truck driver and a homemaker. She attended the Full Gospel Church. Friends will be received Monday, February 27, 2017 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Upshur County Memorial Park in Buckhannon, WV.
