Obituary of Ronald Scott Lewis

Ronald Scott “Skip” Lewis, age age 73, of Buckhannon, WV went to be with the Lord and his wife on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. He was born July 8, 1943 in Upshur County, WV, a son of the late Hartsel and Audrey Lake Lewis. On March 6, 1964 he married Daisy Mary Posey Lewis who preceded him in death on May 25, 2016. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Dale, Tom and Mike Lewis. He is survived by one daughter, Kathy Beam of Buckhannon; two sons, Ronald Steven Lewis and wife Joyce of Junior, WV and Kevin Scott Lewis of Buckhannon; five grandsons, Ronald Steven Lewis, Jr, and Hunter Lewis both of Buckhannon and RJ, Brandon and Joey Beam all of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Cierra Hamrick of Shinnston, WV; one great grandson, Jordan Hamrick of Shinnston; one great granddaughter, Aylissa Hamrick of Shinnston; two brothers, Jack Lewis and wife Sharon and David Lewis all of Buckhannon and two sisters, Joyce Riley and husband Marion of FL and Janice Tazalar of IN. Mr. Lewis served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany prior to the Vietnam War. Skip was a Mechanic and Baptist by faith. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
