Obituary of Loretta Ray

RayLoretta Loretta Ray Loretta Ray, age 70, of New Castle, DE died Wednesday, March 18, 2009 under the care of Heartland Hospice in Wilmington, DE. She was born June 16, 1938 in Buckhannon, WV, a daughter of the late William and Mamie Wamsley Tenney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Paul Weaver; one daughter, Debra M. Weaver and three sisters and one brother. She is survived by one daughter, Darlene Jones and husband Carl of Bear, DE; one brother, David Tenney; one sister, Carolyn Wondolowski and several nieces and nephews. Loretta was employed by the General Motors Corp., Boxwood Road Assembly Plant retiring after fifteen years of service. Darlene and Carl would like to extend their deepest thanks to Karen Triance for the loving care given to Loretta. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home on Monday, March 23, 2009 from 9:30 – 11 AM the funeral hour with the Rev. Robert Poling officiating.
