Obituary of Wanda Mae Miller

Wanda Mae Miller, age 90, of Buckhannon, WV died on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born April 15, 1927 in OH, a daughter of the late Okey and Buena Reed Oldaker. On February 16, 1947 she married Willard S. Miller who preceded her in death on December 15, 1997. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Reed Oldaker and wife Rosalee; son in law, Jim Weaver and a sister in law Shirley Oldaker. She is survived by four daughters, Diane Weaver of Shinnston, WV, Debbie Miller, Beth Miller and husband Mike, and Barbara Miller and husband Greg all of Buckhannon; a son, Mark Miller of Buckhannon; five granddaughters, Jennifer Weaver and Matt Buck of Shinnston, Kathryn Weaver and Jon Parsons of Fairmont, WV, Lori Ulderich Harvey and husband Jeff of Buckhannon, Leslie Reese and husband Jim of Scott Depot, WV, and Brittany Miller of Buckhannon; four grandsons, Jay Weaver and wife Amber of Fairmont, Eric Miller of Buckhannon, Travis Miller and wife Carrie of Buckhannon, and Justin Miller and wife Deanna of Norfolk, VA; five great-granddaughters, Brooklynn Weaver of Fairmont, Adriana Beveridge and Tori Beveridge of Shinnston, Mackenzie Egress and Brylee Tenney both of Buckhannon; four great-grandsons, Austin Weaver and Jordan Parsons of Fairmont, Brayden Reese and Owen Reese of Scott Depot; a sister, Karen Hinkle and husband Gail of West Milford, WV; and two brothers Robert Oldaker and wife Betty of Rock Cave, WV and Tom Oldaker and wife Angie of Buckhannon. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She attended both the Tallmansville Baptist Church and Jackson’s Mill Baptist Church and was a member of the Tallmansville CEO’s Club. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Friday, June 30, 2017 from 3–8 PM. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Miller and Rev. Tim Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Memorial Park in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
