Obituary of Betty Jane Ford

Betty Jane Ford, age 79, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, July 24, 2017 at her home. She was born August 14, 1937 in Shamokin, PA, a daughter of the late Donald and Ilean Jerimiah Rubendall. On March 25, 1963, she married John J. Ford who preceded her in death on April 18, 2006. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by infant daughter, Kimberly Reed; three brothers, Dennis, David and Robert Rubendall and one sister, Rose Rubendall. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Stead and husband Scott Sr. of Buckhannon; one son, Joseph Ford of Buckhannon; three granddaughters, Dana Fenstermacher and husband Joshua, Ashley Stead and fiancé Corbett Clowdus and Crystal Stead all of Buckhannon; one grandson, Scott Stead, Jr. and wife Megan Currence of Mabie, WV; two great-grandsons, Christian Ford and Hunter Simons both of Buckhannon; five great-granddaughters, Kaydence Stead, Summer Simons, Lavon Clowdus and Sophia Fenstermacher all of Buckhannon and Kinley Stead of Mabie; one sister, Joann Lee Cain and husband Jack of TN and several nieces and nephews.
