Obituary of Richard Marshall McKinney

Richard M. McKinney Richard Marshall McKinney Richard Marshall McKinney, age 75, of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, December 12, 2015 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born March 11, 1940 in Grafton, WV, a son of the late Richard W. and Kathryn Marshall McKinney. On March 31, 1967 he married Judith A. Thomas who survives. Also surviving are one son, Richard T. McKinney of Bridgeville, PA; one daughter, Sara Thomas and husband James of Hopwood, PA; one grandson, Rhys Thomas of Hopwood; three nieces and one nephew. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Charles F. McKinney. Mr. McKinney was an employment counselor for the State of West Virginia. He was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church of Buckhannon and the National Rifle Association. Friends will be received Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 6 to 9 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1PM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Helen R.
