Robert A. Minor Robert Minor Robert Minor, age 87, of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society of Barbour County in Belington, WV. He was born December 16, 1927 in Rockland, NY, a son of the late Alfred and Florence Kohler Minor. On February 3, 1993 he married Josephine E. Brannon who preceded him in death on March 11, 2010. Friends will be received Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 1-2 PM the funeral hour at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating.
