McWhorterMark Mark Allen McWhorter Mark Allen McWhorter, age 40, of Buckhannon, WV, died Friday, October 12, 2007 at his home. He was born January 5, 1967 in Weston, WV a son of the late Richard and Betty Ware McWhorter. On May 4, 2006 he married Peggy E. Baisden who survives. Also surviving are two step sons, Adam Madison, Jr. of Buckhannon and Trenton Allen Alderman of Weston; one brother, John Wesley McWhorter of SC; two sisters, Christina Lynn McWhorter and Mary Jane Hefner both of Troy, WV. Mr. McWhorter attended Word Of Life Fellowship Church in Butchersville, WV. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Wednesday, October 17, 2007 from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Thursday, October 18 at the funeral home with the Rev. Phillip Strauss officiating. Burial will follow in the Talbott Cemetery.
