untitled1 David C. Beighley, Jr. David C. Beighley, Jr., age 69, of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, WV. Mr. Beighley was born August 8, 1939 in Reading, MA a son of the late David C. Beighley, Sr. and Edna Mae Gorie Beighley. On December 21, 1963 he married Judith E. Gower who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Christopher D. Beighley and wife Kristin of Titusville, FL; two granddaughters, Brianna Taquinto of Titusville and Marissa Beighley of Titusville; a sister, Edna Mitchell and husband Charles of Derry, NH and a brother, Earl Beighley and wife Lois of Londonderry, NH. Mr. Beighley was retired from the United States Air Force and the US Postal Service. He was a member of the Mt Lebanon United Methodist Church. Friends will be received Tuesday, June 30, 2009 from 4 to 8 PM at the Poling-St.Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10 AM with the Rev. Lowell Swisher officiating. Military Services will be conducted at the graveside by Buckhannon VFW Post 3663, Frank B. Bartlett Post 7 American Legion and DAV Chapters 5 and 36.
